NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025

The NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025 apply to all our quotations, assignments and agreements.

Last changed: 2 October 2026

What that means

The NLdigital Terms and Conditions are the industry terms for the Dutch IT sector, drawn up by NLdigital. We apply the 2025 version. Agreements already in force keep the version designated in them.

These terms have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht. We apply these terms unchanged, without additions or amendments of our own. We send them on request at no charge; a message to info@jazetti.com is enough.

In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version of the NLdigital Terms, the Dutch text takes precedence.

Two points that often raise questions

Intellectual property. The terms give you a right of use to the delivered software. The intellectual property remains with Jazetti; ownership is never transferred. We do not supply source code and technical development documentation by default. On request, we agree in writing a licence to use, maintain and modify the application for your own use, including access to the source code for that purpose only. It does not include a right to resell the application or to make it available to third parties. Maintenance by another company on your behalf is possible with our written consent, under the same licence. If you want the source code safeguarded in case we are no longer there, we arrange source code escrow on request.

Your own data. That remains yours. The data in a system we build can always be exported, we supply user documentation and we train your people. That is what we mean by transferable — which is a different thing from supplying source code.

Processing personal data

Where an assignment has us processing personal data on your behalf, we enter into a processing agreement for it. What we process on this website itself is set out in the privacy statement.
